About The Wales 10k


Taking place alongside The Wales Marathon, athletes will line up at the start line in Manorbier to compete in The Wales 10k, heading along fully closed roads back to Tudor Square in Tenby.

(Details are preliminary, and may change closer to the race.)

Please note - photographic identification will be required at registration. Athletes without this may not be registered by the start time of the event.

Field of Play
The course is a fairly fast, 10 kilometre closed road route.

Competition Format
The Wales 10k can be entered by anyone who feels they are capable of competing. There is gender separation, so men and women compete for first place in their respective category. Fancy dress is always welcome so long as it doesn't endanger yourself or other athletes.

Officials
Officials are assigned at various points along the course, helping to guide traffic flow as well as manning feed and water stations. Most members of the crew are volunteers – if you wish to volunteer to help during the course of the weekend, click here.
